2012 Dockage Rates

Enjoy a magnificent full moon or a colorful early morning sunrise over the beautiful Manatee Pocket.  We have 47 wet slips up to 85' in length. 

The Manatee Pocket is a “No Wake Zone” and offers protection from wind and waves. The water is cleaner, eliminating frequent bottom cleaning. We have plenty of parking and it’s just a short walk to your boat.

We welcome overnighters.  It's best to call ahead and reserve your slip.

2012 Dry Storage Rates

Our two large high & dry storage barns can accommodate 200 power boats up to 32 feet in length.

Keep your boat out of the sun, wind and rain.  Our multi-level rack system with two forklifts makes it a
safe, protected and convenient way to store your boat.  Our experienced staff is here 7 days a week from 7a.m. to 5 p.m. to launch your boat.  When you return, they will clean your water line, rinse the
hull and flush your engines before putting it away. 

We are open to serve you 363 days a year.

At least 90% of slips are available
to the general public on a
"first come, first served" basis.
